Ticketwriter is an integrated application that allows officers to issue citations at the touch of a button. Data from Mobile automatically populates relevant fields within Ticketwriter. The data is automatically transferred into both RMS and into the court records system via secure wireless connection to eliminate redundant data entry.

Canine Tracker was built specifically for canine teams to keep track of canine training and call activity. The best way to show the dogs reliability is by keeping accurate records about calls for service and training.
Canine Tracker allows for each handler to keep track of their training and call activity in a browser based system that is accessible from anywhere the officer has Internet connectivity. The site allows for multiple dogs from a single agency to keep track of combined training. In addition, it allows handlers to compare their training times and calls for service with other canines that utilize the system.
Enhanced Mapping is a full featured ESRI based mapping tool. Agencies can utilize its ANI/ALI integration to display call information on the highly configurable map display.
